About Triumph Aerospace Systems - Wichita, Inc.

James E. Lee founded the company as Lee Aerospace, Inc. in 1989 and was privately held until joining the Triumph Group in October 1999. In June 2006 the company officially changed its name to Triumph Aerospace Systems – Wichita.

Located in Wichita, Kansas, the "Air Capital" of the world, Triumph Aerospace Systems - Wichita, designs and manufactures, aircraft windows, sheet metal assemblies (wing spars & leading edges), pilot/co-pilot control wheels, cockpit sunvisors, and autoclave/oven cured composite parts for the aerospace industry.

Triumph Aerospace Systems – Wichita has the capabilities to design, develop, test, and manufacture aerospace parts and assemblies. Using high speed computers with the latest Unigraphics and CATIA software we can design, test, and manufacturer any solution that may be required for a particular application

Triumph Aerospace Systems - Wichita operates a full service aircraft window FAA/EASA repair station (FAA CRS YLIR863L). Triumph Aerospace Systems - Wichita is staffed by the industry's most respected team of A&P mechanics and FAA certified window repairmen located in Grand Junction CO, Lincoln, NE, Orlando, FL, San Antonio, TX, Toledo, OH, and Wichita, KS.

Triumph Aerospace Systems – Wichita’s mobile expert technicians can provide a variety of window services on your business aircraft ranging from scheduled inspections, pre-buy inspections, windshield, window and lens repairs, as well as windshield and window replacements. Our technicians will not sacrifice safety or quality, adhering only to the latest approved FAA and OEM specifications.

Triumph Aerospace Systems - Wichita provides FAA/PMA approved windows for many aircraft types and models. Our products meet or exceed the original manufacturer's specifications.

Triumph Aerospace Systems - Wichita is an approved supplier for many major aircraft manufacturers. Our quality management system complies with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), Joint Aviation Regulations (JARs), Aerospace Standard (AS9100 Rev A), and International Organization for Standardization ( ISO 9001/2000). We have a FAA Designated Manufacturing Inspection Representative (DMIR) on staff.
